He has published two monographs, Research on Emergency Law in China, Rule of Law Assessment and Rule of Law Big Data, one translation, Constitutional Dictatorship: Crisis Government in Modern Democracies, and 21 co-authorships. He has published more than thirty academic papers in top journals such as Chinese Social Sciences, Chinese Journal of Law, Teaching and Research, etc. His papers, such as Formation, Present Situation, and Future of Emergency Law in China, The Emergency Power Law and its Theoretical Evolution, The Formation and Improvement of the Party's Law System, On the Codification of the Party's Law and other achievements have a greater impact.
