Research Achievements:
He has presided over a number of important scientific research projects such as the major project of the National Social Science Foundation, “Research on the institutional advantages of our country in overcoming major emergencies by focusing on the rule of law”, published four individual monographs, and published more than 50 papers on CSSCI, EI and CSCD as an independent author or the first author. He has participated in the drafting or argumentation of most important laws and administrative regulations in the field of emergency management in China in recent years, and served as an expert in the investigation team of major accidents and disasters, such as the “7.20” heavy rainstorm disaster in Zhengzhou, etc. He was awarded the Second Prize of the Eighth Award for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific Research of Higher Education Institutions (in humanities and social sciences), and the Second Prize of the Sixteenth Award for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Beijing Municipality.
