Research Achievements:
He has published three individual monographs, namely, “On the Separation of Prosecution and Trial”, “Research on China's Trial Method of Prosecution and Defense”, “Procedures for the First Trial of Criminal Public Prosecution Cases”, and more than 20 co-authored works, as well as more than 20 textbooks, including “Criminal Procedure Law”, a key textbook for the Ministry of Education's Marxism Theory Research and Construction Project. He has published more than 100 papers in academic journals such as China Law, Legal Studies and other academic journals. He has presided over the key project of the National Social Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the major project of the Key Research Base for Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education (MOE), the modern transformation of China's Criminal Procedure Law, and the research project of the Ministry of Education (MOE) on humanities and social sciences “Research on the Implementation of the National Human Rights Action Plan in Criminal Procedure”.
