Dual-appointed Professor at the School of Law and the School of Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Renmin University of China; P h. D. Supervisor. He also serves as the Vice President of the China Research Association of Clean Government Law,the Vice President of the Beijing Association of Supervision Law.

Supervision Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Judicial System, among others.
Research Achievements:
He has published over 160 articles in journals such as China Legal Science, Chinese Journal of Law, Journal of Comparative Law, Jurists Review, Tribune of Political Science and Law, Criminal Science, and Peking University Law Journal. Additionally, he has authored six monographs, including “Local Pathways to Corporate Compliance”. In the field of discipline inspection and supervision studies, his works, such as “A Mode Study on ‘Investigation to Public
Prosecution’”, “Research on the ‘New’ Self-Investigative Rights of the Procuratorial Organs”, “A Study of the Procuratorial Guidance on the Investigation of Duty-Related Crimes”, “On the Reconstruction of Procuratorial Power: Analysis from the Stripping of the Investigation Power of Duty Crime”, and “The Limits of Arbitrariness in Anticorruption by China’s Party Discipline Inspection Committees”, have gained significant academic influence.
