1.Big Data Investigation and Anti-Corruption
Her monograph, Big Data Investigation (2017), was the first dedicated work on big data investigation in China, pioneering research in this field. It received the first prize in the inaugural "China Internet Law Outstanding Achievement Award" and has been adopted as a reference textbook by several universities. She also contributed to the Research Handbook on Big Data Law (Edward Elgar Publishing, May 2021), providing insights into China’s experience with digital anti-corruption.
2.Big Data Evidence and Electronic Evidence
In the field of big data and electronic evidence, she led a national social science research project on "Big Data Evidence" in 2018. Her paper, The Mechanism and Reliability of Big Data Proof, is one of the most cited works on this topic, exploring the transformation of proof methods and the evolution of the evidentiary knowledge system in the era of big data. In the area of electronic evidence, she advocates for the practical application of electronic evidence in judicial cases, including using electronic evidence to investigate corruption and proposing practical techniques such as the temporal examination of electronic data, which has had significant influence in judicial practice.
3.Legal Technology
Her paper, Legal Technology in Contemporary USA and China (Computer Law & Security Review, 2020), was the first internationally to compare the development of legal technology in China and the United States, receiving high recognition from her peers. She also co-authored Challenges and Responses Faced by Prosecutorial Authorities in the Era of Big Data, which received endorsement from the then Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and was circulated nationwide for study across prosecutorial bodies.
In the future, she intends to continue her interdisciplinary research on technology and disciplinary supervision. Key areas of focus include "digital supervision," "big data anti-corruption," and "digital supervision of public power."
